Our rooms…

We pride ourselves on making our rooms as homely and non-clinical as possible to make you feel comfortable during your visit.

Parent of adult client

The expertise, empathy and time given to our child to make it a pleasurable experience were second to none and have given her confidence a great boost to enable her to consider venturing beyond her bedroom and the familiar into hopefully some life enriching experiences. The understanding we have now will be so beneficial.

SENCO, Lancashire

‘I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for such a thorough, detailed and useful report. It has been a breath of fresh air to read something that completely makes sense and details this little boy’s needs so well, with such useful recommendations that we can actually act upon and put in place. This is going to help his education as he progresses through our school so much – so thank you very much from all of us at the school!’

Mr and Mrs B, Liverpool

‘We would both like to thank you for the initial assessment; we were very worried about the prospect of our son being autistic but after meeting with you we have a much more positive outlook (either way) going forward.’

Headteacher, Warrington

‘I have to say – I’ve read a lot of reports and found J’s to be one of the most interesting, useful and well-written ones I have seen.’

Parent of primary school child

Put our son at ease immediately. Made it secure and informal whilst observing everything. No detail missed. It's a scary process, or was for us . We were very nervous what would happen and how he would react and what the day would bring. But it was all unnecessarily so. We had a few questions and personal issues but they were resumed immediately and perfectly. We were listened to and respected. All emails were answered. Dr Taylor is a master at what she does and Anna couldn't have been kinder or more patient. Genuinely amazing service. Thank you.
